All potential clients must first schedule a 1-on-1-hour consult. If you choose a mentorship package, $195 will be deducted from your balance. Book the hour consult first before booking this so that we can see if this is really what you need..
**Payment plan requests can be emailed to shronica@therosecarehome.com** Please note payment can be split into 2 equal payments. 1st Payment is due upon receipt, 2nd payment is due within 30 days. Documents will not be released until full payment is made.
Now that you have the house, it's time to market your home, fill those beds, and put general operating procedures in place so that your future residents can have a great move-in experience.
Operations & Workflows Include:

The onboarding process for new residents and move-ins. I will do the first call with you over the phone so that you can hear what questions I am asking.

Walk-thru of the property to set up the home for a great resident experience. This can include helping you stage the home so that you can get the residents you want to attract. (travel expenses may occur if travel is more than 100 miles)

The Tune-UP $1295
This is for the group home owner who is already open and operating and is struggling with processes and filling beds. I will come into the home and help you come up with a plan of action to fill beds, get you organized with processes and workflows, reorganize the flow of the home for a better resident experience (if needed) and help you come up with a marketing plan to implement.

4 hour walk-thru and in-person consult

Documents package can be added on for half off of the document bundle price.
**If 60 minute consult is booked prior to this then $195 will be deducted from this price**
If travel of more than 45 miles is needed then travel expenses will be billed separately.
WORCflow & Operations + Training Staff & Set-up $5495
All potential clients must first schedule a 1-on-1-hour consult. If you choose a mentorship package, $195 will be deducted from your balance. Must book 1 on 1 first before selecting this plan. Go to the top and click 1 on 1 call and schedule first.
