During this time you will get to ask me any questions pertaining to the residential care home business and coming up with a starting plan of action. 

The Documents-Unlicensed Senior Living Home $875

Get the operational templates, workflows, and resources needed to operate a senior living home. This is not Policy and Procedure. P&P is different for each state and each type of group home. These documents are ready to go for those who are ready to open up their home.

Getting Started $3495

Every city and state has its own rules and regulations and this can be very overwhelming but with the help of me and knowing the language we can figure out what the process is for your city together.

 

We will figure out the rules and regulations for your city or county on operating a group home. I will help you fulfill the requirements (if any).

 

Includes:

  • 3-60 min calls (virtual)

  • Provide you with the documents needed to ensure a great resident experience

  • Help you set up and organize an automated system so that your residents have a great experience

  • Help you with your marketing plan.

  • 60 days of support after the opening of your group home

The Tune-UP $1295

This is for the group home owner who is already open and operating and is struggling with processes and filling beds. I will come into the home and help you come up with a plan of action to fill beds, get you organized with processes and workflows, reorganize the flow of the home for a better resident experience (if needed) and help you come up with a marketing plan.

 

  • 30 min pre-consult done before to gather information about the business.

  • 4-hour walk-thru and in-person consult

  • Documents package can be added on for half off of the document bundle price.

 

**If 60 minute consult is booked prior to this then $195 will be deducted from this price**

 

If travel of more than 45 miles is needed then travel expenses will be billed separately.

The Start up + Set up $4995

**Payment plan request can be emailed to shronica@therosecarehome.com** Please note payment can be split into 3 equal payments. Last payment must be made after your first resident placement.

  • 1 day with my team and I to train management and staff on procedures (what to do for inquiries, preparing for tours and emergency situations and etc.

  • Setup the flow of the home with workflows and processes for a great customer experience

  • Set-up of resident binders and workstations

  • Pre-work Marketing plan to help bring in residents

  • Full documents bundle (over 25-word document templates) THIS IS NOT A POLICY AND PROCEDURE bundle.

  • 2 Emergency calls

  • 2 Accountability and Brainstorming calls (must be scheduled in advance and used within 60 days)

**After booking, a call will be scheduled to work out the logistics and date of training**
